Platform: Good Point GmbH, commercial register no. (Firmenbuch) FN 618845t, VAT ID (USt-IdNr.) ATU80258169, website hancvoice.com. Contact: legal@hancvoice.com, legal@hancvoice.com.
1. Legal basis (DSA)
This procedure implements the notice-and-action mechanism under Art. 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act, DSA). Any person or entity may report allegedly illegal content; the Platform confirms receipt, decides in a timely and diligent manner and states the reasons for its decision (Art. 17 DSA, statement of reasons).
2. Withdrawal by the author
Users may delete a private author voice in their account or send a request to legal@hancvoice.com. Marketplace authors may unpublish a published listing. Within 24–72 hours the Platform stops new uses of the affected or withdrawn voice, unless a different period is required for the review.
Previously granted licences: Audio files lawfully created by users before the withdrawal may continue to be used within the scope of the rights previously granted. Premium models may offer a "hard withdrawal" option terminating all licences (indicated on the listing card).
3. Third-party notice (someone else's voice)
Any person may claim that a voice reproduces their own without consent, by notice to legal@hancvoice.com. A sufficiently substantiated notice under Art. 16 DSA should contain: an explanation of why the content is illegal, the exact electronic location (link to listing/audio), the notifier's details and a statement of good faith. The Platform provisionally suspends the affected voice or public listing for the duration of the review within 24–72 hours. The voice is then restored, restricted or removed. This procedure also covers complaints from depicted persons regarding unauthorised imitation of their voice; the obligation to disclose AI-generated audio content under Art. 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act) remains unaffected.
4. Breach by users
Where synthesis is used outside the service rules or the granted scope, the Platform may suspend the account, revoke the API key, restrict access to the voice and provide material to protect the rights of the author or third parties.
5. Logging and redress
All withdrawal/removal actions are logged (date, initiator, ground, outcome). Against the decision, an internal complaint-handling system (Art. 20 DSA) and out-of-court dispute settlement (Art. 21 DSA) are available; judicial remedies remain unaffected.
