This document applies only to voices that a user separately submits to the Marketplace. Creating a private author voice does not constitute acceptance of this agreement.

Author: the person who submits their own (author) voice or a tonal variant to the Marketplace and accepts this agreement.
1. Subject matter
The author grants the Platform the right to publish the prepared author voice or tonal variant in the Marketplace, to show a public demo, to moderate the listing and — once payments and access rules are connected — to grant access to other users.
2. Scope of rights (incl. speech synthesis)
The author separately permits the Platform to use the selected voice for speech synthesis (voicing of texts) within the Marketplace — including the public demo, listing card, moderation, technical review and provision of synthesis to users after access is enabled.
Processing of voice data serves solely to create and provide a synthetic voice for content creation and not to uniquely identify a natural person (no biometric identification within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR). This right does not arise from the ordinary creation of a private voice and applies only to the specific listing accepted for moderation.
3. Warranties and prohibitions
The author warrants that the voice belongs to them or is used on a lawful basis, that no third-party rights are infringed and that publication and commercial use in the Marketplace are permitted. The Platform may request further evidence and may reject or suspend a listing.
4. Remuneration (royalties)
Author remuneration applies only after the payment processing is connected and is governed by the Payout Terms. Until then a public card may be available only as a prepared/moderated listing without sales. The planned author share is 70 %.
5. Withdrawal of the voice
The author may unpublish the listing at any time via the account or by notice to legal@hancvoice.com and may withdraw consent. After withdrawal the Platform grants no new access to the voice; the voice and the derived voice print are deleted. Audio files already generated by users remain subject to the terms in force at the time of their creation.
6. Term, termination, liability
The agreement applies from acceptance of the terms for the respective listing until withdrawal by the author or suspension by the Platform. The party breaching warranties or prohibitions shall compensate damages and third-party claims within the statutory framework.
