Yes. After a successful payment the provider issues an invoice/receipt and sends it to the e-mail you provided. The document is also available in the payment history in your account.
A refund is processed on request to support under our Terms of Service (AGB). The value of unused characters is refunded; speech already generated and downloaded counts as a service rendered. Money is returned by the same method used for payment.
Characters are charged for the result — when you export finished audio. Previewing in the editor is free within the preview limit (up to 3.000 characters per session). Both plan and pack characters accumulate on a single balance and do not expire — a renewal adds to what you already have.
