1. Online dispute resolution
The online dispute resolution platform operated by the European Commission was discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, repealing Regulation (EU) No 524/2013). There is therefore no longer any obligation to link to this platform.

2. Consumer arbitration
Under the Austrian Alternative Dispute Resolution Act (Alternative-Streitbeilegung-Gesetz, AStG) we are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) (for consumers in Germany: § 36 VSBG). We are, however, always committed to resolving your concerns amicably and directly with you — please contact us first.
